On April 24, 2018, the Inspection Department of Sijiyoumei, together with the Luo Hu Branch of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau, seized a shelter selling fabricated Share in Luohu District, Shenzhen.

The operation successfully shook down a fraud Taobao online store, and confiscated a large number of counterfeit products in stock. The fraud shelter owner Pan was detained the next day at the detention center.

In January 2018, the company inspecting department zeroed in on an online shop named "Share Direct Factory Selling" when they conducts daily network investigation. Its prices were far below the cost price of genuine products, but its monthly sales volume had reached many thousand boxes.

In response to this abnormal situation, the inspecting department took further action. They purchased Share products in this shop many times, and sent the products to the quality inspection department for product identification. The results showed that there were obvious differences in product components between Share from the online store and Share of the company, and the packaging was slightly different from the authentic ones. To sum up, the inspecting department confirmed that Share products sold on the online shop were not Sijiyoumei authentic products, but deliberately counterfeit goods.

The inspection department reported to the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau, Luohu Branch which attacked the fraud shelter on April 24, 2018. On that afternoon, law enforcement officers seized Pan, the person in charge of the counterfeit shelter, and shut down the fraud shelter.

Due to the popularity of Sijiyoumei products, law breakers tend to take advantage of it and open up fraud online shop which harms customer benefits. We would like to take the liberty to remind the majority of consumers to buy genuine products from authorized, and we hereby remind E-commerce platforms that, according to the second draft of the electronic commerce law, if the operator knows or shall know that when intellectual property right violation occurs, they shall take necessary measures such as deleting, shielding, disconnecting links and terminating transactions and services. They shall take joint responsibility with the violator without timely necessary measures.

Sijiyoumei holds a zero tolerance policy towards manufacturing and selling fraud products, and will protect its own right with law. In 2017, we have successfully shaken down two fraud cases with law enforcement authorities. This year we will persist on and strive to create an orderly honest market environment for all of our products, and to effectively protect the benefits of our consumers.
